This Privacy Policy does not apply to Shire Law Group’s collection of information by any other means, including without limitation from its clients in the course of representing them.

YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
You may choose not to provide us with your personally identifiable information. Such information includes, but is not limited to, your name, address and contact information.
Our Site provides two ways to contact us, through email and through our online contact form. When you send Shire Law Group an email through an email link or through the contact form, you may be providing us with your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in the text of your message. Please note, that if you reply to one of our emails or otherwise send a communication to us, this communication does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. Accordingly, please do not send to us any information you consider confidential unless and until we have agreed in writing to represent you. Any information provided to us prior to such an agreement cannot be protected from disclosure.
If you become a Shire Law Group client, we may request certain personally identifiable information, including your name, job title, company name, certain financial information, phone number, fax number, email address and mailing address, some of which may be collected via our Site.
Non-personal identification information may be collected about you when you interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information used to analyze site usage may include, but is not limited to, browser name, operating system and the Internet service provider. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service and to provide general Site use statistics.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect, retain and use the information we collect via the Site for legitimate business purposes only, including to:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and you with our trusted business partners and trusted affiliates to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Shire Law Group and they are expected to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
The Shire Law Group will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Shire Law Group or our Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Shire Law Group; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Shire Law Group or the public.
INFORMATION STORAGE
Your information is stored in Shire Law Group’s secure servers located within the United States, as well as on third-party cloud computing sites.
Shire Law Group uses a cloud computing service with servers located in a facility other than Shire Law Group’s office. Most of Shire Law Group’s electronic data, including emails and documents, are stored in this manner. By entering into this Agreement, you understand and consent to having communications, documents and information stored through such a cloud-based service.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By viewing using our Site, you expressly agree that use of the service is at your sole risk. Neither Shire Law Group, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third-party content providers or licensees, if any, warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the service or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or merchandise provided through the service. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.
Each user specifically acknowledges that in no event will Shire Law Group, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, without limitation, arising out of (i) the use by such user of any browser owned or operated by any party and/or (ii) the downloading of any software owned or operated by any third party in connection with the service. Each user shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the service, and users shall be responsible for all charges related thereto.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION FOR SECURITY PURPOSES
Shire Law Group fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. When required by law, Shire Law Group will release personal or general information without your consent for security purposes or to prevent imminent harm to any person or entity. Shire Law Group will disclose personal or general information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation, which may include responding to requests and court orders from jurisdictions outside the United States. Shire Law Group reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful, as determined in our sole discretion.
ACCESS BY THIRD PARTIES
Whenever you give out personal information online there is a risk that third parties may intercept and use that information. While we strive to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. By using our site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee the security of any data provided to or received by Shire Law Group through this site and that any personal information, general information, or other data or information received from you through our Site is provided at your own risk.
Third Party Services, including but not limited to Dropbox and Facebook Advertising and Google Website Optimizer and Analytics, may collect your IP address, record the pages you visit on our website, and set cookies that will enable widgets to function properly. Your interactions with these widgets are governed by the Privacy Notice of the company providing them, not by this Privacy Notice.
To make our Site and related services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third-party service provider) collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data from you, such as browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.
Because neither Shire Law Group nor our Site has control over the content and performance of these partner and affiliate sites, Shire Law Group makes no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of the information provided by such sites. By visiting or using Third-Party Websites, you assume all responsibility and liability for all resulting harms, whether to you or to any third party, including without limitation as resulting from your downloading or use of any content, software or other materials available therefrom.
Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our application. Your interactions with these features are governed by the Privacy Notice of the company providing it.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Our site may contain advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other websites owned and operated by third parties. Where this is the case, review the equivalent data protection, privacy and cookie policies available on such websites. Shire Law group does not accept any responsibility or liability for the data protection of privacy practices of third parties in relation to such websites and your use of third party websites is entirely at your own risk.
CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN
The Shire Law Group does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Site
